Therefore, scaling removal is necessary to preserve your cooling tower products and boost their performance. Routine cooling tower inspections and monitoring of the calcium levels in water also help prevent scaling.

Fouling

As your cooling tower operates, dirt particles settle in the system, resulting in clogging. This is called fouling. Thus, you need to remove these particles to ensure proper cooling. However, smaller particles have a larger surface area and cause significant cooling issues. Also, smaller particles are more difficult to eliminate from your water cooling products. Therefore, routinely inspect your cooling tower for particles and flush them out before they clog your system.
